PRICE QUOTES:Prices are correct at time quoted, however they are not guaranteed until reservations are secured with a deposit or full payment - whichever is required. As airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, quoted prices will change accordingly.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:Cruise lines and airlines reserve the right to impose fuel surcharges, even after final payment has been applied to a booking, up until the day of departure. Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include airfare, telephone calls, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, sightseeing tours or shore excursions. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:Reservations can be made using major credit cards. At no time will 4 UR Travels ever request payment via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or any other electronic app payment method. If you receive a request for such payment, DO NOT respond and contact owner/operator, 4 UR Travels immediately. Deposit: All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit and will be clearly noted with the amount due and the balance due before departure. Full Payment: All reservations must be paid by the due date indicated on the travel invoice - NO EXCEPTIONS / NO EXTENTIONS. Refunds: If you purchased Travel Insurance, refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid minus the cost of travel insurance. Note: Refunds will be adjusted if the supplier (i.e., Carnival Cruise, Royal Caribbean) has a penalty timeline in place. Cancellations: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to CassBryant@4URtravels.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel. TRAVEL INSURANCE: To avoid losing money you’ve paid for your vacation, we strongly recommend Travel Insurance that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. Allianz is a plan that offers excellent benefits and combines insurance coverage with Emergency Hotline Services. By law we are required to offer travel insurance but for any reason, should you decide to opt out of Travel Insurance, you are required to select ‘Deny Travel Insurance’ when completing your reservation. DOCUMENTATION: Passports & Visas: U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States are required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for no less than six (6) months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper and qualified travel documents. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets.
